As a Human Resources Assistant
, you play an important role in supporting store hiring, personnel practices, and procedures. You have the opportunity to impact customers, associates, and many areas of the store business.
- Motivate store employees to deliver outstanding customer service - train, coach and lead by example
- Assist with the store interview process - conduct screenings, interviews, and references
- Recruit new employees
- Assist with payroll and time clock maintenance
- Assist with employee benefit enrollment and use
- Solve customer problems and support daily business needs
- Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts
