This is a hunter-focused, people-oriented sales role for someone who enjoys prospecting, face-to-face selling, and building long-term customer relationships — with a clear path into leadership.
Key Responsibilities – Outside Sales- Prospect restaurants and food service operations within a protected territory
- Generate new business through cold calling, referrals, and in-person visits
- Lease commercial dishwashing equipment and upsell cleaning and disinfecting products
- Conduct on-site sales calls, product demonstrations, and presentations
- Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline
- Identify new markets and growth opportunities
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and coaching sessions
- $40,000 base salary + uncapped commission
- Total yearly earnings potential up to $90,000
- Quarterly bonuses and performance incentives

Branch Manager
Successful sales representatives will be promoted into a Branch Manager role overseeing a growing branch.

- Prospect restaurants and food service operations to generate new business and identify new markets for growth opportunities
- Managing inventory, assets, and administrative responsibilities

- Salary + bonus potential up to $90,000 yearly
