Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide buyers from initial contact through the construction, closing, and post-close follow-up stages to ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire home-buying journey.
  • Achieve monthly sales goals by proactively generating prospects, following up on all leads, and cultivating strong Realtor partner relationships.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of the assigned community, including homes, pricing, floor plans, options, features, and surrounding amenities such as schools, shopping, parks, and events.
  • Keep all sales systems, files, and documentation accurate and up to date, including buyer and prospect records, pricing, inventory, and community information.
  • Ensure models, spec homes, sales offices, and community signage are well-maintained, professionally merchandised, and compliant with company standards.
  • Plan and execute community-level marketing initiatives, including content creation, monthly marketing calendars, and customer-facing experiences.
  • Communicate consistently with buyers regarding contract details, construction progress, financing needs, community updates, referrals, and available inventory.
  • Monitor homes under construction to anticipate and address buyer concerns and ensure readiness for orientations and move-ins.
  • Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis and report insights related to pricing, product offerings, promotions, and inventory to sales and marketing leadership.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with preferred lenders, Realtors, and internal departments to support smooth transactions and collaboration.
  • Participate in training, follow operating guidelines and company policies, and actively contribute to a positive, team-focused, values-driven culture.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • 3-5+ years of successful sales experience required; experience in new home sales or real estate sales strongly preferred.
  • Experience and proficiency in marketing, creating social media content, and community outreach is strongly preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • A real estate license is not required for this opportunity.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use sales tracking tools.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Work Schedule & Location:
  • This role follows a five-day work schedule, including Saturdays and Sundays. View Homes operates on a 32-hour work week, with approximately 26 hours spent in open house coverage and an additional 4 - 6 hours dedicated to meetings and other duties.
