This is a full-time, role as a Territory Manager at EP Sales, Inc covering IA, NE, and SD. The Territory Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, promoting and selling HVAC products, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory. Key responsibilities include customer visits, providing technical support, conducting product demonstrations and trainings, identifying opportunities for business growth, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.
This role requires regular collaboration with the team and vendor partners to ensure exceptional service and support in meeting sales objectives.
- Strong sales skills, including account management, relationship building, and the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Technical expertise and familiarity with HVAC products, coupled with the ability to provide technical support and conduct effective product demonstrations and trainings.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to effectively interact with customers and vendor partners.
- Organizational and time management skills to efficiently manage a territory and prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM systems.
- Experience in the HVAC industry, with knowledge of hydronic products and relevant product lines, is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory as required for customer visits and events.
