Job Overview
ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Major Accounts to sell human resources technology within a designated geographic territory and cultivate new business opportunities for companies with 50–999 employees.

In this role you will manage complete sales cycles, sell ADP’s suite of solutions (40+ products and services) to executives, and accurately forecast your sales pipeline. You will also document and manage multiple sales cycles from prospect to implementation, ensuring new business is up and running on the solutions you sell.

WhatYou'll Do (Responsibilities)
- Grow our business while growing yours by working independently and collaboratively to close sales, win business, and achieve sales goals.
- Turn prospects into loyal clients by implementing a sales strategy that targets decision makers and business owners.
- Deepen relationships across the ADP family, strategically cultivating additional business within existing accounts.
- Collaborate daily as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the broader network.
- Proven winner with an impressive track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory.
- Positive self‑starter with an upbeat, persistent style, able to cold‑call, manage time well, and present ideas clearly in writing, in person, and over the phone.
- Confidently fearless—embrace opportunities, take risks, and challenge the status quo.

A college degree is great but not required. Acceptable experience includes:
- Two or more years of quota‑carrying, outside B2B sales experience.
- Three or more years of relevant experience in HCM, technology, business equipment, uniform, or software sales.
- Military experience providing teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust‑building, and a “never lose” mentality.
- Ability to build a network and effectively use social media for sales.
