Waddle Exteriors is hiring a well-rounded Exterior Sales Rep in the Des Moines market who can self-generate, close retail jobs, and capitalize on insurance opportunities.

• Run appointments and close retail roofing, siding, and exterior projects
• Self-generate leads through networking, referrals, and local prospecting
• Work insurance opportunities when available
• Manage projects from sale to completion
• Build long-term relationships and repeat business

• 3–5+ years in exterior sales (roofing, siding, windows, etc.)
• Proven production:
  • $500K+ in retail sales (last 12 months)
  • Insurance experience is a strong plus
• Strong closer with ability to generate your own pipeline
• Clean driving record + valid driver's license
• High ownership mindset-this role rewards self-starters

• 4 weeks paid training
