Business Development Representative

We’re looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative to grow our client base while staying connected to the day-to-day of the business. This role is primarily focused on new business development, with the expectation of stepping in to support the internal team when needed.

• Conduct 20–25 in-person client visits per day within your assigned territory
• Prospect, cold call, and generate new business in the industrial, manufacturing, and logistics sectors
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects using CRM tools
• Develop relationships with hiring managers, HR, and decision-makers
• Convert leads into active clients and grow existing accounts
• Meet and exceed weekly activity metrics and monthly revenue goals

• Step in to support the internal team when job orders increase or during peak demand
• Assist with candidate screenings, interviews, or job matching when needed
• Help coordinate placements to ensure clients are taken care of quickly
• Stay connected to open roles to better understand and sell opportunities in the market

• Comfortable with high-activity, in-person sales
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to jump in where needed
• Self-motivated, organized, and driven to grow business
