Position Overview

We’re looking for a motivated and organized Sales Associate/Account Executive to join our growing team. This role will initially focus on closing sales with our residential (B2C) customers who want to update their kitchen, bathroom, and other rooms in their homes. You’ll guide customers through the sales process, create and present estimates, and help coordinate project details to ensure a smooth experience from first contact through project completion.

As the role grows, you’ll also help refine our sales processes, support lead management, and contribute to overall business development goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-home or phone consultations with prospective customers to assess project needs and present solutions.
  • Develop detailed quotes and follow up with leads to close sales.
  • Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects and active customers.
  • Communicate project details between the customer and our operations team to ensure expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Track performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve close rates and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with marketing for information and sales materials to support sales efforts.
  • Participate in team meetings and help implement improvements to sales systems and processes.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales — ideally in home improvement, remodeling, or related B2C industries.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with homeowners.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable with technology on various platforms, such as MS Office, Zoom, Google suite, CRMs, etc.
Compensation
  • Hourly base pay + commission
    , based on experience and performance.
