Entry Level Outside Sales

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Small Business Services.

In this role, you will work within a defined geographic territory that targets clients and prospects with 1‑49 employees. You will identify and sign new clients for payroll, tax, human resources, benefits, and more and sell additional solutions to existing clients. Daily, you will cultivate relationships, set appointments, gather leads from established business partners, assess client or prospect needs to present the best ADP solutions, and spend your time in the field closing business.

No prior sales experience required; ADP will teach you how to use the latest sales technology.

Integrity, resilience, positivity, and a refuse‑to‑lose attitude are must‑haves. As with any role in sales, you will experience ebbs and flows; challenges should ignite determination.

• A college degree is great but not required. Other acceptable experiences include one to two years of prior work experience or internships in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Food Service, Insurance Sales, or another relevant industry.
• Military experience is valued; we appreciate the unique talents from veterans.

• Prior quota‑carrying experience.
