* Position Summary:

** The Account Representative is responsible for implementing sales and service strategies for our restaurant by-product collection service in their assigned territory, covering an hour plus radius of Des Moines. This individual plays a critical role in identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities to increase Sanimax's competitive advantage, improve customer satisfaction and enhance the company's reputation in the marketplace
** Specific Responsibilities** :
* Develop and implement sales strategies
* Maintain sustained growth by identifying new prospects and growing existing clients
* Build relationships with restaurant and grocery store owners and enhance relationships with these customers
* Take responsibility for margin and volume for your assigned territory
* Create innovative customer service initiatives to increase customer satisfaction
* Visit customer locations to better understand their business needs.

* Qualifications:

*** Previous sales experience obtaining new business
* Comfortable cold calling
* Capacity to manage time effectively and set priorities
* Able to understand the needs and stresses of the restaurant and food industry
* Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
