Dewey Auto Outlet, a reputable Ken Garff Automotive Dealership, is seeking a motivated, patient, and customer‑focused Sales Advisor who embodies our core values: respect, integrity, growth, humility, and teamwork. • Lead customers through the sales process including vehicle selection, test drive, personalization, financing, and paperwork.
• Deliver high‑quality, professional presentations and demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
• Use the Customer Relationship Management tool to track all customer interactions.
• Educate customers on Ken Garff benefits and present deal structure and additional finance products.
• Follow up with customers to maintain high satisfaction.
• Develop additional sales skills through ongoing training and instruction using Ken Garff University.
• Complete ongoing training modules to stay updated on new vehicle products, features, and accessories.
• Represent the dealership and Ken Garff Automotive to customers.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, customer service, car sales, or retail sales.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid in‑state driver’s license with a good driving record per company standards.

• 90‑day paid training program up to $9,000.
• Industry‑leading schedule (5‑day work weeks; Sundays off).
