Job Description
Per Mar Security Services is looking for a Sales representative to join our team and help protect businesses and safeguard communities.
Responsibilities include building relationships with existing accounts, generating new business through referrals, managing protected territories with potential commercial prospects, and maintaining the highest level of service integrity.
We are the largest family‑owned, full‑service security company in the Midwest, founded in 1953.
Compensation and Benefits- Base salary plus competitive uncapped commission plan
- Average annual total compensation $50,000 to $60,000; top 10% earners $100,000 to $160,000

High School Diploma or GED, and ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
