The Scholar Net team is looking for a customer-focused, results driven individual to represent the Scholar Net products in the higher-education marketplace, help existing customer optimize their private loan processes, and engage with potential new customers. We have a highly successful and well-established product line positioned for growth with a great customer base. The right candidate must be customer-focused, an effective problem solver, and good relationship builder;
driven to help customers become more efficient and streamline their processes. An ability to work independently and collaboratively to create marketing and sales plans for a defined territory is necessary. Must also be able to evaluate sales success and provide ongoing strategies and plans to ensure goals are being met.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIESBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
EXPERIENCE5-10 years of experience in financial aid or private loans. Sales and Marketing background preferred.
COMPETENCIES – SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES- High level of verbal and written skill required.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of tasks.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- Must be able to handle high volume of projects.
- People leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently or in a group.
Compensation range for this role is $85,000 - $95,000 annually, plus sales incentives depending on experience.
