• Interact with clients and work toward exceeding sales goals in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
• Provide excellent customer service to guide clients to the right machinery solutions.
• Manage customer relationships through our CRM platform and generate business opportunities from various customer lists.
• Identify prospective accounts using lead generation tools and follow up on referrals from existing clients.
• Think creatively to overcome objections and contribute to a customer-centric sales culture.

• Two or more years of inside sales experience; knowledge of the construction industry and equipment is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; general computer literacy.
• Associate degree from a two-year college or technical school is a plus.
• Tech-savvy, problem solver with a passion for machinery and customer-focused sales.
