HOTWORX Des Moines is looking for a high-energy, competitive Fitness Sales Associate to help grow our studio, build lasting relationships, and deliver an exceptional member experience.

We are looking for someone who loves sales, enjoys helping others achieve their goals, and wants to grow with one of the fastest-growing fitness brands in the industry.

As the face of HOTWORX, you'll create first impressions, generate excitement about our workouts, and help prospective members take the next step toward transforming their health and fitness.

HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio that combines heat, exercise, and technology through virtual instructor-led workouts inside infrared saunas, plus a functional training area for strength training.

• Deliver energetic and engaging studio tours
• Confidently present membership options and close sales
• Follow up with leads through calls, texts, and email
• Build relationships with prospects and members
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
• Generate referrals and contribute to studio growth initiatives

• Create a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere
• Build strong member relationships that drive retention
• Support members in reaching their fitness goals
• Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction

• Create and participate in social media content for Instagram, Facebook, and Tik Tok
• Represent the HOTWORX brand both online and in the community
• Assist with local marketing events, promotions, and partnerships
• Help grow brand awareness throughout the Des Moines area

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment
• Complete daily operational tasks and checklists
• Participate in ongoing sales, leadership, and product training

Monday–Thursday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Evening and weekend availability is required.

Previous sales, fitness, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing coaching to help you succeed.
