Key ResponsibilitiesAs the Territory Manager – Agriculture, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and strengthening dealer partnerships across your assigned territory.
Territory Sales & Growth- Execute sales strategies to achieve annual revenue targets and grow market share within the assigned region.
- Actively prospect and develop new accounts while expanding existing dealer relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for dealers, ensuring accessibility and responsiveness to their needs.
- Ensure all dealers are fully equipped and capable of representing the product line effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of agricultural equipment and industry trends to support informed sales efforts.
- Stay informed on customer operations and business needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Educate dealers on company terms, conditions, and all aspects of sales, service, and financing programs.
- Ensure consistent adherence to company standards and processes across the dealer network.
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to support territory growth.
- Manage the territory expense budget and maintain accurate, timely sales documentation and reporting.
To succeed in this role, candidates should demonstrate:
Education & Experience- 3–5 years of experience in agricultural sales or a related industry preferred.
- Experience in heavy equipment or machinery sales is considered an asset.
- Strong working knowledge of agricultural equipment or similar product lines.
- Ability to manage sales reporting, forecasting, and CRM-related documentation.
- Strong relationship‑building skills with a focus on dealer and customer success.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities.
- Self‑motivated and highly driven with the ability to work independently in a field‑based role.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel, including internationally (passport required).
