Job description:
OverviewWe are currently hiring for a Sales and Marketing role focused on personal property restoration.
Schedule & TravelFull-time, 100% travel within assigned territory.
Work location:
On the road.
- 2+ years in sales, marketing, customer service, or a client‑facing role.
- Strong interpersonal skills — personable, approachable, and great at building rapport.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Comfortable with outside/door‑to‑door visits.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Self‑starter who is motivated, strong people skills, and eager to grow.
- Backgrounds in sales, restoration, storm chasing is ideal.
- Experience:
Sales – 1 year (Required) - Experience:
Marketing – 1 year (Required) - Willingness to travel – 100% (Required)
- Salary + uncapped commission (OTE $75k–$100k first year)
