Territory Manager – Spinal Cord Stimulator

Location:

Boston Scientific Neuromodulation.

• Develop and maintain a customer base; prospect new customers in assigned geographic area.
• Position and promote SCS products and services versus competitors, driving sales revenue to meet or exceed territory goals.
• Oversee the full SCS patient‑care process: pre‑surgical education, surgery support, post‑surgical follow‑up, and long‑term device care.
• Build and sustain a referral network of physicians, OR and hospital staff.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and teamwork to achieve high performance.
• Translate business strategy into goals, maintain pricing discipline, anticipate challenges, and collaborate with business and finance partners.
• Support physicians in the operating room and with product use.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales and/or clinical roles (or equivalent education/experience).
• Knowledge of Boston Scientific Spinal Cord Stimulation products and applications.
• Basic computer skills for procedures and product programming.

• Medical device sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Biology, Kinesiology or other science field.

The annualized base salary is approximately $80,000, plus variable compensation under the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan and benefits.
