** Service & Sales Representative
** to service agricultural incinerators across the swine and poultry industry. This is a field-based role covering customers throughout the Midwest, for someone mechanically capable and motivated. Full training provided, and the right attitude matters more than a specific background.
** What you'll do
*** Install, service, and troubleshoot agricultural incinerators at customer sites (burners, controls, refractory, fuel systems)
* Perform preventive maintenance and warranty repairs
* Diagnose and resolve field issues, coordinating parts and follow-up
* Build relationships with producers and identify new equipment and service sales opportunities
* Represent the product line at customer visits and trade shows
* Commission new units at installation and train site staff on safe operation
* Document service visits and maintain equipment service records
* Provide phone/remote troubleshooting support to customers between site visits
** What we're looking for
*** Mechanically inclined and a strong problem-solver
* Experience with mechanical, electrical, HVAC, or combustion systems is helpful but not required. We'll train motivated candidates!
* Comfortable working independently in agricultural/livestock environments
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record
* Self-motivated with sales aptitude, since this role rewards initiative
* Ag industry experience a plus, not a requirement
