Iowa State Fairgrounds – 4-H Exhibits Building
We need hundreds of volunteers to help make this incredible event possible! Whether you can give a few hours or multiple shifts, your time directly supports programs that empower local girls and young women.
Volunteer Roles Include:
- Set-Up / Unboxing: Help unpack and organize thousands of books before the sale
- Checkout: Assist customers, handle purchases, and bag items
- Restocking: Keep tables full and organized during the sale
- Floater: Jump in wherever help is needed most
No experience needed—just a willingness to help!
Good to Know:
- Volunteers must be 16+ years old
- Flexible shifts available before, during, and after the sale
- Great opportunity for individuals, families, and groups
