Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant

Responsibilities include:

• Create meaningful connections with every customer using personalized sales expertise
• Meeting sales targets and earning commissions with AT&T’s full suite of products
• Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options
• Participating in community events and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers
• Work a flexible schedule between 9am-9pm including weekends
• Receive tools, training, and coaching to meet and exceed sales goals

• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus
• Flexibility and openness to change to stay current with evolving tech

Demonstrates expertise in personalized sales techniques and consultative selling to effectively guide customers through product options. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English enhances communication and customer engagement.
