Regional Sales Manager

Guardiar is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in our Construction market within the Sales & Business Development organization. You will own regional strategy, build and lead high-performing sales teams, develop key contractor and builder relationships, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract close. Using data-driven insights and CRM tools, you'll forecast pipeline, hit revenue targets, and expand market share.

You'll collaborate cross-functionally to align solutions with customer needs while contributing to Guardiar's inclusive, innovative, growth-focused culture.
