This is an entry-level sales role helping businesses offer voluntary employee benefits. You will receive in-office training and support, then meet with business owners and employees to present options and handle enrollments. Strong performers have a clear path to advance into senior sales or leadership roles.

What you'll do:
Complete structured training and daily coaching Meet with business owners and decision makers Present benefit options and assist with employee enrollments Manage your own outreach, appointments, and follow-ups Track activity in the CRM and work a Monday–Friday schedule Who tends to succeed:
People coming from customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales backgrounds Coachable, reliable, and comfortable speaking with new people Self-motivated individuals who want performance-based pay Those with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Willing to get licensed (full support provided) Why this role stands out:
