- Maintain and grow company's National sales (with emphasis on establishing and growing Western USA sales development).
- Key member of Company's North American Management Including Business Development & Strategy
- 5+ Years Successful Sales or Sales Management Experience
- Experience and Technical knowledge of Glazing Industry and Architectural Glazing Systems
- Strong personal Sales Skills and ability to develop/manage/mentor sales team.
