In-Home Sales Representative

Renuity is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to drive residential remodeling sales across bath, window, door, and other home upgrade projects. In this role, you'll visit pre-set, qualified homeowner appointments, perform on-site assessments, present tailored solutions, and provide clear estimates. You'll manage the full sales cycle-from consultative discovery through closing-while using CRM tools to track leads and follow-ups. Success is measured by conversion rates, revenue, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners for remodeling projects
• Perform site assessments and measurements to develop accurate project estimates
• Deliver persuasive, consultative sales presentations tailored to customer needs
• Manage pre-set and self-generated leads through the full sales cycle to close
• Prepare and present pricing, contracts, and financing options clearly and accurately
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and opportunities in CRM systems
• Collaborate with installation, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth project handoff
• Meet or exceed sales targets, conversion rates, and revenue goals
• Educate customers on product options, warranties, and installation processes
