Event Marketing Assistant

• Assist with the setup and execution of in-person marketing events, retail promotions, and sales campaigns.
• Engage directly with customers to promote and sell client products and services.
• Identify customer needs, explain available products and promotions, and provide personalized recommendations.
• Drive sales and customer acquisition through face-to-face conversations and promotional events.
• Serve as a front-line representative for our clients, delivering a professional and positive customer experience.
• Distribute promotional materials and maintain organized, engaging event displays.
• Work closely with Account Managers and Campaign Managers to execute marketing, promotional, and sales strategies.
• Meet individual and team sales goals while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
• Represent client brands professionally and accurately communicate current products, services, and promotions.
• Participate in ongoing sales, product, and leadership training.

  Must be in the Des Moines, Iowa area or willing to commute for daily training.
