# INSIDE PARTS SALESPERSON DEALERSHIP DEDICATED - Des Moines## Overview Position Type Full Time Job Shift Day Shift Education Level None Travel  Percentage None Category Transportation ## Description Will be expected to answer 40-50+ calls per day. Call center experience or experience working in an environment with phones preferred.
** I. Communication
** 1. Project a positive, helpful, and professional attitude toward the customer.
2. Answer incoming customer phone calls promptly and politely.
3. Make calls to existing and prospective customers.
4.Receive parts orders and answer questions for customers and outside sales personnel.
** II. Documentation
** 1. Obtain sufficient information from the customer to ensure correct part is specified.
2. Invoice all parts purchases at the time of sale.
3. Bill core charges to customer.## Qualifications
** ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS FOR JOB:
