Home Health Sales Specialist

• Call on physicians, hospitals, SNF management, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory to promote home health care services
• Develop referral source relationships
• Prepare business plans
• Maintain target lists and prioritize accounts following the market sales plan
• Gather and organize account-related information
• Provide feedback on important customer opportunities
• Report to a Market Executive of Sales
• Travel within an assigned territory and attend sales meetings as required

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a health related science (i.e nursing) or the equivalent plus two years health care or related industry sales experience generally required
• Previous home health care sales experience preferred
• Experience selling to physicians, Case Managers and in SNFs preferred
• Previous experience as a clinical liaison preferred
• Previous experience maintaining sales outreach and contacts in a CRM preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office required
• Must complete tuberculosis (TB) screening if selected
• Ability to travel within an assigned territory and to sales meetings as required

Demonstrates expertise in home health care sales, relationship building with healthcare professionals, and strategic account management. Proficient in utilizing CRM systems and Microsoft Office to enhance sales outreach and reporting.
