As an In-Home Sales Specialist, you'll meet directly with homeowners who need mold remediation services. You'll evaluate their property, identify their needs, clearly explain recommended solutions, and help them move forward with the appropriate services.

This is a consultative, in-home sales position where trust, empathy, communication, and the ability to close are critical. Our customers are often dealing with stressful and unexpected property issues, so you'll need to balance a sales mindset with genuine care for the customer.

Once a project is approved, you'll coordinate with our production team and remain a key point of contact to help ensure the customer receives an exceptional experience from start to finish.

• Meet with homeowners and assess mold-related property damage
• Evaluate customer needs and determine the appropriate scope of work
• Clearly explain findings, recommendations, and remediation solutions
• Present project options and pricing to homeowners
• Build trust and confidently ask for the business
• Secure project authorization and necessary documentation
• Maintain timely follow-up with prospective and current customers
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to service
• Serve as a key point of contact throughout the customer experience
• Maintain accurate documentation and customer information
• Provide timely updates and clear communication
• Ensure customer expectations are understood and properly communicated to the production team
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience while achieving individual sales goals

We're looking for someone who is confident, personable, motivated, and comfortable selling directly to homeowners.

You should be able to quickly build rapport, listen to a customer's concerns, explain solutions in a way that's easy to understand, and confidently guide the customer toward a decision.

• In-home, one-call close, home services, automotive, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing sales experience is a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
