Identifies, reports and documents safety hazards in a hospital setting and handles regularities as assigned by Supervisor in accordance with policy.;
Initiates investigations into incidents or activities of criminal nature and submits information to law enforcement as directed.;
Assumes responsibility for inventory, pickup, transport and storage of patient valuables and after-hours deposits.;
Maintains storage and records of lost, found and stolen property of visitors, patients and employees.;
Controls loud, disorderly, physically aggressive, violent patients or visitors and summons police when necessary; provides directions and escort to the public.
