Perficut Companies, Inc.is looking for motivated people with strong attention to detail to perform layout, execution, and completion of landscape projects on primarily commercial properties.

Position Overview

The Landscape/Hardscape Installation Crew Member is responsible for following directions given by Production Manager and Crew Leader, effectively communicating with leaders and co-workers, maintaining a safe work site, meeting deadlines and company performance standards, using industry tools and equipment safely and proficiently, and performing light equipment maintenance.

• Valid driver’s license and the ability to be added onto company’s insurance policy is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Knowledge of hardscape materials and the ability to assemble is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to process and follow instructions
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a team
• Ability to learn how to use tools and equipment meeting operational safety standards
• Ability to understand and carry out instructionsi>
• Work in a safety aware environment
• Regular and prompt attendance required
• Ability to work alternate hours and travel to multiple locations (occasionally and as needed)
• Must be available for extended hours during snow events; mandatory overtime
