Appliance and Refrigeration Repair Technician
You are on the road, welcomed into customers’ homes every day, solving problems and fixing essential appliances to help homeowners. This role involves diagnosing issues, repairing a variety of home appliances, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

- Drive to multiple customer homes daily to diagnose and repair a variety of home appliances (refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, microwaves)
- Deliver excellent customer experience that exceeds expectations
- Provide customers with value-added solutions that improve home cleanliness, comfort, and protection
- Keep company truck well-maintained and organized, and manage parts efficiently
- Performs other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED
- EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification
- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude, including use of testing & repair tools
- Experience repairing and diagnosing a variety of home appliances preferred
- Can follow directions and processes for quality workmanship
- Can use smartphone, including part ordering
- Successfully pass a background & drug screen
- Valid driver’s license for the state(s) in which you work
- Ability to travel up to 100%
- Ability to work variable and flexible hours, including required overtime
- Ability to read, understand, and apply written technical text
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
English proficient - Physical ability to lift up to 20 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs frequently, and up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Ability to reach, handle, stand, walk, sit, and type; able to bend, squat, kneel, twist, stoop, climb, and crawl
- Ability to occasionally reach above shoulder
- Ability to drive an automatic transmission vehicle
