As a Plumbing Specialist, you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing the plumbing systems across our properties. You will undertake a wide array of plumbing tasks, from routine inspections and maintenance to complex installations and emergency repairs, ensuring our facilities remain in top‑notch condition. Your expertise will help guarantee that all plumbing systems operate efficiently and reliably for our residents.

What You’ll Do:
  • Elevate Installation and Inspections: Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures such as pipes, fittings, water heaters, and drainage systems. Conduct regular inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential issues and perform preventative maintenance.
  • Elevate Documentation and Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including repairs, installations, and maintenance activities. Monitor and manage plumbing supplies and equipment, ensuring tools and materials are available as needed.
  • Elevate Emergency Responses and Customer Service: Respond promptly to emergency plumbing calls, diagnosing and repairing issues to minimize disruption to tenants. Interact with tenants and the property management team professionally, addressing concerns and providing information on plumbing-related matters.
Who You Are:

  • Elevated Work Ethic: Dedicated and hardworking, with a strong focus on achieving objectives and completing tasks efficiently.
  • Elevated Expertise: Knowledgeable in plumbing systems and maintenance, with the ability to solve problems and perform tasks independently.
Qualifications and Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years of plumbing experience.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • Ability to communicate verbally in English
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet established deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
