What You Will DoAs an HVAC Install Helper, you’ll work alongside experienced installers to support residential HVAC installations. This includes assisting with furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment, preparing job sites, handling tools and materials, and learning proper installation techniques, safety standards, and best practices. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn the HVAC trade and grow into an installer or technician role.
WhatYOU Will Bring
You bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Previous HVAC, construction, or mechanical experience is helpful but not required. You should be comfortable working with tools, able to handle physical work, and open to working indoors and outdoors in various conditions. Clear communication and flexibility are important, along with a desire to grow within the trade.
Physical RequirementsThis role involves lifting up to 50 pounds, working in confined spaces such as attics and crawl spaces, climbing ladders, prolonged standing and bending, and working in varying weather conditions.
