We are seeking an experienced Lead Architectural Sign Installer to join our installation team. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience installing architectural signage, the necessary certifications, and a strong work ethic.

• Safely and efficiently install interior and exterior signs according to project specifications.
• Operate and maintain bucket trucks to access installation sites at varying heights.
• Collaborate with the production and design teams to ensure accurate installation of signage.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any installation challenges that may arise.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry best practices at all times.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working order.
• Complete accurate installation records and documentation.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior installers as needed.

• 2+ years of experience in architectural sign installation.
• Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record (plus).
• Experience operating a bucket truck required.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and components related to sign installation (plus).
• Proficiency in wleding techniques and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and installation plans/specifications.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to safety and following established protocols.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work on‑site at various locations as required.
