A Bit About the Role

* Respond to service requests including electrical, plumbing, air conditioning (HVAC), pool, and appliance in a timely manner

* Perform preventative maintenance on equipment

* Ability to identify hazardous conditions and correct them immediately

* Delivers various communications to residents as needed

* Provide the best quality customer service to our residents

* Must be able to work on-call

Qualifications

A Bit About You

* HVAC certified preferred - training opportunities available

* 3-5 years relevant experience

* Ability to consistently display a positive attitude

* Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

* Excellent interpersonal skills-will communicate with residents, management, vendors and contractors
