Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate is a dedicated professional who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, communicates effectively with customers, and thrives in a fast-paced service environment. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, water heaters, sump pumps, and other plumbing equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, and pipe damage
- Perform drain cleaning, hydro-jetting, and sewer line inspections
- Install and repair bathroom and kitchen fixtures including sinks, toilets, faucets, and showers
- Respond promptly to emergency service calls and provide timely solutions
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building codes to ensure compliant installations
- Perform water heater installations and repairs (traditional and tankless units)
- Detect and repair gas line issues in compliance with local codes and safety standards
- Collaborate with other tradespeople on new construction and renovation projects
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time on job
- Communicate professionally with customers, explaining issues and recommended solutions
- Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and inventory of supplies
- Valid state plumbing license (where required)
- Minimum 2+ years of hands‑on plumbing experience in residential and/or commercial settings
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong working knowledge of local, state, and national plumbing codes
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces or at heights
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience with service and repair (not just new construction)
- Familiarity with plumbing software or CRM scheduling systems
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
