Installer, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor, Installation Technician

The Installer is responsible for installing parts and equipment for the Thermo King dealership.

• Install new and used Thermo King equipment by following established processes and procedures.
• Ensure each install is consistent with the next and meets the install standard and customer’s needs.
• Diagnose issues with re-installed equipment using EDITH diagnostic software.
• Perform PMs such as oil changes and inspections.
• Complete work orders with all required information according to service policy.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical degree or certification is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Clean driving record.
• Pass a DOT approved physical.
• Work with common hand tools as well as scissor lifts and forklifts.
• Work comfortably on a ladder.
• Must have own set of basic hand tools and toolbox.
