We are looking for a Senior HVAC Service Technician to join a growing, customer-focused team. You'll work on a variety of commercial and industrial projects, including hot water systems, DX systems, chillers, and more, across a diverse territory. This role balances technical expertise with hands-on service, and it's ideal for someone who enjoys working independently while supporting a growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including hot water, DX systems, chillers, cooling towers, fan systems, VFDs, and low voltage controls
• Conduct equipment inspections, start-ups, commissioning, and preventative maintenance
• Provide technical training and support to clients and team members
• Identify opportunities for new services and solutions
• Travel within the assigned territory (Dubuque to Waterloo, Burlington, Grinnell, eastern Iowa, western Illinois, Missouri to Minnesota)
• Maintain accurate service records using company laptop and mobile systems

Must-Have:

• 5+ years of HVAC experience, expertise in hot water, DX systems, chillers, VRV/VRF, and low voltage controls
• Valid HVAC license and EPA certification
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in confined/elevated spaces
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License

Nice-to-Have:

• Daikin training, experience with VFDs
• Industrial refrigeration, technical training or certifications beyond high school
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory
• Previous experience in large-scale commercial or industrial facilities
