Job DescriptionDuties may include:
- Using journeyman level knowledge in the ability to interpret and apply the National Electrical Code, local codes, building plans, blueprints, wiring diagrams, engineering drawings, operation/maintenance manuals, and to use trade formulas to calculate common properties
- Installation, modification, repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance and testing of complex electrical systems
- Diagnoses faults in complex electrical systems using appropriate test equipment and techniques
- Maintains accurate records of work performed, materials used, and system configurations
- Adheres to all VA and OSHA safety protocols, including lock/tagout procedures and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Participates in safety inspections and training
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm
