Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on manufacturing and facility equipment to minimize downtime and extend equipment life;
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to restore equipment to proper operating condition;
Diagnose and repair electrical systems from 24V to 480
VAC, including work with PLCs and variable frequency drives;
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to identify issues and execute accurate repairs;
Install, maintain, and modify production, automation, and facility equipment, including motors, drives, wiring, HVAC, compressed air, and dust collection systems
