Thermosystems in Des Moines, IA is seeking an HVAC Helper to assist the maintenance of commercial HVAC equipment, logging machines, cleaning coils, brushing tubes, replacing filters and belts, and providing proper lubrication.
You will support Technicians II–IV, demonstrate professionalism, and communicate with customers with clear status updates before, during, and after each service call. Basic data entry and safe PPE use are required, with adherence to company standards.
