Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to support property upkeep, complete routine service requests, and perform basic repairs. This position includes on-site work at multifamily properties with an 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
schedule and participation in an on-call rotation. Ideal candidates have 1+ year maintenance or porter experience, some exposure to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or painting, and a high school diploma or GED.
