WM Des Moines seeks an experienced Diesel Technician to perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and repair or rebuild major vehicle components. You will leverage vehicle diagnostics, estimate parts and time, and guide other technicians as directed by the Fleet Manager.
Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 4+ years as a diesel technician, a valid CDL or ability to obtain within 90 days, and 3+ ASE certifications with rapid hydraulics/transmission/heavy equipment training.
