ARTISAN is seeking a maintenance technician to protect, maintain, and enhance the value of our residential communities in the Midwest. You will perform general maintenance across buildings, equipment, and grounds, and respond to work orders, including after-hours on-call tasks.
Key duties include troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry issues; completing drywall, flooring, doors, and hardware repairs; keeping storage areas organized; and supporting safety programs under OSHA
