Construction Manager/ Foreman, Installation Technician, Field/Service Technician, General Labor
Are you a hands‑on field leader who is sick of taking orders from desk‑bound project managers who have never held a drill?
You know the type. They send emails, track spreadsheets, and panic when something on‑site doesn't match the drawing‑leaving you to do the actual work of solving the problem, calming down the client, and keeping the job moving.
You’ve probably been looking for a company where your ability to run a crew, think on your feet, and own a job site is actually respected.
This is that place.
At T&M Services, we’re a fast-moving $10M commercial installation company. We don't hide behind corporate red tape. We need a sharp, high-energy Field Lead / Foreman who wants total ownership of their job sites.
- Real Authority on the Site:
You aren't here to babysit. You own the job site from start to finish. You run the crew, manage the client relationship, and make the calls when layout issues pop up. - Zero Micromanagement:
Our Market Managers don't want to step in and do your job. They want a leader who takes the pressure off their plate, heads off problems before they happen, and keeps customers, contractors, and end-users happy. - A Team That Has Your Back:
When a project gets pushed behind schedule, you don't get a lecture-you get the tools, crew support, and leverage to step in, set the pace, and lead the team to get it back on track.
- Field Muscle & Hustle:
Proven background in commercial furniture installation, construction, carpentry, trades, or field logistics. You’re not afraid to grab a tool and set the pace. - Client Edge & Scope Control:
You stand toe-to-toe with general contractors, furniture dealers, and facility managers to keep them happy, while having the business awareness to spot work outside the original scope, document the change order on the spot, and ensure we get paid for our labor. - Common Sense:
You can read floor plans, anticipate hurdles before trucks roll out, and use basic mobile tech to keep job details organized.
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
Stop handling the chaos for companies that treat you like a line item. We move fast when we find real field leaders.
