OverviewEPI Power is seeking a Pre-Fab Fabricator/Tech to support electrical construction activities on mission-critical and data center projects. This role is responsible for field support and contributes to the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of complex electrical systems. The ideal candidate is open to travel and/or relocation based on project needs.
This role may require extended work schedules, including weekends, based on project demands.

What You’ll Do- Fabricating prefabricated assemblies according to specifications
- Measuring, cutting, fitting and assembly according to specifications
- Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely
- Support electrical installation, coordination, and execution of assigned scope
- Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and project documents
- Coordinate with field leadership, project teams, and other trades
- Maintain focus on safety, quality, schedule, and productivity
- Identify and escalation field issues for timely resolution
- Required years of experience
- Industry or trade-specific experience
- Data center or mission-critical experience, if applicable
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Problem-solving and critical thinking in field environments
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced conditions
- Strong attention to detail and accountability
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
- Ability to read tape measure
- Understanding of electrical systems, materials, and installation methods
- Working knowledge of applicable codes and standards (NEC preferred)
- Microsoft Office
- Role-specific software (Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, ACC, CxAlloy, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in active construction environments
This position may be performed in office and/or active construction site environments. Employees may be required to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and must be able to navigate active jobsites safely.
