Technician HVAC Duct Cleaner )

Role Overview

• 1–3 years of experience in HVAC, duct cleaning, or related field (preferred).
• Experience operating negative air machines, air whips, rotary brushes, and vacuum systems (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and quality.
• Ability to work in confined spaces, attics, and crawlspaces.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs and stand, bend, or kneel for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• EPA Certification or HVAC experience a plus but not required—training provided.

• Perform residential and light commercial duct cleaning using specialized equipment and tools.
• Inspect and assess duct systems for cleanliness, leaks, or damage.
• Clean and sanitize air ducts, registers, and HVAC system components (coils, blowers, plenums, etc.).
• Assist with dryer vent cleaning, air filter replacement, and indoor air quality (IAQ) product installations.
• Follow company and industry safety procedures, including PPE use and equipment maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with customers about findings and recommended services.
• Maintain accurate service records, time logs, and job documentation.
• Work collaboratively with other HVAC and IAQ team members to deliver excellent customer experiences.
