The Iowa Democratic Party is dedicated to building a strong, effective organization and electing Democrats up and down the ballot. We’re always looking for passionate, talented individuals to help us make a difference across the state. Our Talent Bank connects potential staff with opportunities on campaigns, with county parties, and within the IDP itself.
