Lutheran Services in Iowa (LSI) is seeking an Intake and Resource Referral Specialist to be the initial contact for inquiries and to help immigrants and refugees move toward community integration and self-sufficiency. This part-time 20-hour/week role offers flexible scheduling and the chance to connect clients with essential services.
You will conduct intake, referrals, and assessments by phone, walk-ins, or email, coordinating with program staff to identify needs and access resources.
